Campervan Bookings
All campervan bookings must be made through the relevant listing on the Camplify platform.
We do not accept direct bookings or payments for campervan hire through this website.
When you click through to a Camplify listing, your booking is made directly through Camplify and is subject to:
- Camplify’s Terms of Service;
- the applicable Camplify Cancellation Policy;
- Camplify’s Hirer Rules;
- the applicable booking conditions displayed on the Camplify listing; and
- any additional rules or requirements shown on the specific listing.
The terms and conditions displayed on Camplify at the time of booking will apply to your booking.
Vehicle Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information, photographs and descriptions displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, vehicle specifications, availability, features and pricing may change. The information shown on the relevant Camplify listing at the time of booking should be considered the most current information.
Payments and Booking Confirmation
All booking payments and booking-related charges are processed through Camplify.
A booking is only confirmed once it has been successfully completed through the Camplify platform.
We do not request or accept payment for campervan hire outside the Camplify platform.
Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by the cancellation policy applicable to the booking and displayed on the relevant Camplify listing.
Please review the applicable cancellation policy carefully before completing your booking.
Your Responsibilities
When making a booking through Camplify, you must comply with all applicable Camplify Terms of Service, Hirer Rules, Community Rules and any specific rules applicable to the vehicle you hire.
